No Recurring Fees
Our fixed hiring fee is 35% of the annual salary. Once hired they are your contractor or employee. You pay them directly exactly like you would any other team member.
We've built a team of 20 staff now in the Philippines. They are core to our team, in our slack and on our Stand-Ups. They are us.
