Our team typically places candidates in both the Philippines and Colombia. All candidates are comfortable working across time zones. With Colombia, schedules already align with most U.S. time zones, and the Philippines lines up with Australia and Asia.
We charge a $500 deposit to get started recruiting and then when we place the candidate we will bill our recruitment fee of 35% of the annual salary. Your $500 deposit goes towards the recruitment fee.
If you aren't satisfied with the candidate that you hire or they quit in the first 90 days, we will find you someone else free of charge. We want to make sure that you find somebody who can work well with you and your team. That is our top priority.
Over the years we have developed a process to ensure that all candidates are working for themselves and paid appropriately. We actively vet against agencies that subcontract and have ways of determining this. When you hire an individual you are working with that person directly.
Years of experience. We've developed a system of questions that help us identify the right candidates. We also bring on specialists to help vet for specific skills. An example of this is vetting against over employment to ensure that the person you hire is only working for you.
1. We do an intro call to learn about the role you are hiring for and the skills required.
2. We create a job description for your approval.
3. We send our contract and request your $500 deposit.
4. Our recruiters post the job on job boards and begin vetting applicants.
5. When we have found 2–3 qualified applicants, we will set up video interviews for you to join.
6. You interview each applicant and decide who is right for the role.
7. Once you've decided, we charge the recruitment fee and the candidate is officially a member of your team!
